The Kindle Fire is half the size, and costs less than iPod. Amazon are scheduled to release on 15 November in U.S. at a price of 199 U.S. dollars, while iPad have price of 499 dollars and the most expensive models are 829 dollars.

Kindle Fire with 7-inch diagonal screen, a size similar to "Nook Color," a tablet of Barnes and Noble as a competitor. The resolution of the screen, 1024 x 600 pixels and uses the operating system, Google Android processor dual-core with weight only 413 grams and has a memory of 8 GB.
